Cookbook author, Chef Belinda Smith-Sullivan just released her new cookbook, Just Peachy. In this beautiful cookbook there are over 70 recipes for anything peachy! You will be up close and personal with Chef Belinda as she focuses on one of the lost arts of baking - pies. We will prepare several peach "pies" from a dump cobbler to the most perfect flaky pie crust. Come join us on the front line as Chef Belinda shares her many tips and secrets for baking the perfect pie along with her vast knowledge of the variety of peaches, history, growing and growers, as well as the festivals. Copies of her cookbook will be available for purchase and personalization. Wine, coffee, and other beverages will be served. Cost is $45/person
